Delivery Charges – <country-regionw:ston><placew:ston>UK mainland deliveries are charged at £6.99 and can take up to 7 working days when the item is in stock; however Royal Mail will NOT guarantee this and do not consider a parcel lost until 21 working days from dispatch.

If an item is unavailable we will contact you, providing us with a contact number you are reachable on all day can really help to speed up delivery of your order.

Next Day Delivery - Next day delivery is available but you must contact us directly to arrange and only if the item is in stock. Cost of delivery is £10.00; all orders must be received before midday.

V.A.T - tax is included in our prices and is at the rate 15%

 

Credit Card Security - We do not process, store or transmit credit card details via this website. This facility is handled by our card processor, PayPal are fully compliant and certified to Payment Card Industry standards and provide industry approved levels of security for your peace of mind.

Returns Policy - Please note that items can only be returned if a genuine fault of the product has been found, we endeavor to check all items before they are dispatched. If your item is faulty please email info@realmusicpromotions.co.uk with your full name and contact details and await further instructions on how to return. Also when we do receive your item back it will be checked by our staff and only then if we believe it to be a genuine production fault will you receive a replacement.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE SEND RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. The cost of the return postage will be the customers' liability. We will replace faulty products with the same product or refund back to a credit card if the product is no longer available. Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt of goods.

 

RETURNING A NON-FAULTY ITEM - If the item is not faulty we offer an exchange policy only. An exchange will only be made once we have received your item and it has been checked by a member of our team for damage and that it has not been worn. You must return them to us within 7 days by RECORDED DELIVERY. If you choose to exchange the item totalling higher than your original, then you will be liable to pay the difference. Postage costs do not constitute as part of the exchange.

Wigs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Faulty wigs should be returned indicating the fault clearly. Any wig found not to be faulty will be returned to you. 

All non-faulty returned goods will only be accepted if in the same condition as they were sent out, i.e. in original packaging with all relevant materials enclosed. Any non-faulty returns that are not received in this way will be sent back to you at your cost or held pending contact. You will be emailed regarding this status

No replacement items or credit notes can be dispatched until the returned items have been received by us
